Chip Oden founded Travis Lending to bring flexible private capital to Texas borrowers.
Principal
Chip founded Travis Lending in 2023. Before that, he held multiple real estate and commercial lending jobs. Chip is a native Texan and has spent his entire life and career in the Lone Star State. Chip studied at Texas Christian University, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Energy and Technology Management. In his free time, he enjoys football and ranching. Chip prides himself on working for Texans to help them finance their property tax obligations.
